Who Should Submit

We welcome posters on any topic clearly related to intervention optimization (methods, applications, tools, case studies). Work submitted elsewhere is fine. Already published results are not eligible; work in press is okay.

What to Submit

Abstract (250–300 words)
Blinded text: Do not include author names or affiliations in the abstract

Session Format

Two lunchtime poster sessions on separate conference days. If accepted, you’ll be assigned to Day 1 or Day 2.

Submissions Open: September 9, 2025
Deadline: October 9, 2025 (11:59 p.m. Eastern Standard Time)
Notifications: Sent after the review period
Presenter registration deadline: Provided in acceptance email
