All room reservations must be guaranteed with a major credit card. If you wish to cancel, please do so 72 hours before arrival to avoid cancellation penalties. Be sure to obtain a cancellation number from the hotel.

Please note, all attendees are responsible for their hotel charges, including taxes and incidentals. Attendees are also responsible for reserving and/or canceling rooms as needed and for any cancellation fees.

If you have a reservation in the group room block already:

No-shows will be charged one room night on the day of arrival – please be aware of possible reservation, room change, or cancellation deadlines and potential fees.

Check-in time: 4:00 P.M. Any requests for a late check-in should be made directly with the hotel by the guest at least 72 hours before arrival.

Check-out time: 12:00 P.M. Any requests for a late check-out should be made directly with the hotel at check-in by the guest.
