Biography
Dr. E. Jennifer Edelman is Professor of Medicine and Public Health at Yale. Certified as an internist, HIV specialist, and in Addiction Medicine, she provides clinical care at the Yale New Haven Hospital Center for Infectious Disease. She is Director of Yale Center for Interdisciplinary Research on AIDS Clinical and Health Services Research Core, co-Director of Education at Yale Center for Clinical Investigation, and Associate Director of the Research in Addiction Medicine Scholars Program. In collaboration with clinical-, community-, and public health-based partners, her research focuses on addressing substance use among individuals with and at substantial risk for HIV.
